DESCRIPTION

Scorpion Mezcal® Reposado is an award-winning, small-batch, 100% espadín mezcal aged in French oak barrels for 6 to 12 months. Crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico, Scorpion Mezcal Reposado was rated “Highly Recommended” and “Superb” by Wine Enthusiast.

• RAW INGREDIENTS: 100% Agave Espadín (A. Angustifolia)
• COOKING: Steam autoclave
• MILLING: Shredding mill
• FERMENTATION: Natural yeast in open stainless steel vats
• DISTILLATION: Double distilled—first in stainless steel, then refined in copper pot stills
• AGING: 6 to 11 months in French oak barrels
• BOTTLING: Bottled by hand
