Scorpion Mezcal® Espadín 7 Year Añejo is a limited-edition mezcal in a beautiful French glass decanter. This Special Reserve mezcal spends 7 years aging in oak barrels of less than 200 liters. Single-barrel bottlings of our aged products ensure premium quality mezcal.​

• COOKING: Steam autoclave
• FERMENTATION: Natural yeast in open stainless steel vats
