Oude Molen 100 Reserve South African Brandy

Founded in 1910 by René Santhagens, widely regarded as the father of modern South African brandy, Oude Molen carries more than a century of brandy-making tradition. Santhagens brought traditional French Cognac distillation techniques to South Africa, helping establish the standards that continue to shape the country’s premium brandy category.

Oude Molen 100 Reserve goes beyond a conventional blended brandy by using oak-matured spirit components throughout the blend. Its Cape Brandy averages approximately 4–5 years in oak, while the eaux-de-vie component is matured for at least 12 months. The result is a remarkably smooth, rich and rounded brandy with notes of dried apricot, baked peach, golden raisin, orange marmalade, warm spice and soft oak. Versatile enough to enjoy neat, over ice or in premium cocktails and highballs.
