Our Madrecuishe mezcal is from estate-grown maguey, harvested after 12 years of maturation using traditional and sustainable methods. Produced in San Agustín de Las Juntas, Oaxaca, the maguey is cooked in a steam autoclave, naturally fermented in open stainless steel vats, and double distilled—first in stainless steel, then refined in copper pot stills. Bottled by hand in small batches without aging, this mezcal captures the pure flavor of Oaxaca's terroir and craftsmanship.
