Our Espadin Joven is from maguey grown by local maguey farmers and harvested after 12 years of maturation using traditional and sustainable methods in small batches. Produced in San Agustín de Las Juntas, Oaxaca, the maguey is cooked in a steam autoclave, naturally fermented in open stainless steel vats, and double distilled—first in stainless steel, then refined in copper pot stills. Bottled by hand without aging, this mezcal captures the pure flavor of Oaxaca's terroir and craftsmanship.
